I utilized your program to upgrade my strong 4669x and right after booting I noticed lock around the screen.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I afterwards observed the decoder was frozen Even though the lock wasn't there and many of the channels was vanished.The decoder is currently frozen.What should I do?dstv did their upgtade which afflic
